Our commitment

Rafla Insurance Agency wants people with disabilities to be able to use this website and reach the agency. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the site’s working accessibility target—not a claim that every page or third-party service is free of every barrier. The design uses semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, text alternatives, responsive layouts, and support for reduced-motion preferences.

Ways to contact us

If a page, form, document, or interaction is difficult to use, call (310) 572-7246 or email contact@raflainsurance.com. You may also visit 12240 Venice Blvd, Suite 2, Los Angeles, CA 90066 during posted office hours.

  • Describe the page or feature and the format that would help.
  • Include a phone number or email address if you want a response.
  • Do not include policy-sensitive details in a public accessibility report.
03

Keyboard, touch, and motion

Navigation, links, buttons, disclosures, and the quote dialog are intended to work from a keyboard. Interactive controls are designed with visible focus and practical touch-target spacing. Motion is removed or reduced when the operating system’s reduced-motion setting is enabled. The site uses native scrolling and does not require scroll-hijacking controls.

04

Testing and limitations

The website is reviewed with automated accessibility checks, manual keyboard navigation, text zoom and spacing, reduced-motion and high-contrast settings, and common phone, tablet, laptop, and wide-screen layouts. Automated results cannot establish complete accessibility, so specific feedback remains important.

05

Third-party content

Some links open maps, reviews, carrier resources, or other services that Rafla does not control. Accessibility varies across those external services. Contact the agency if you need help finding another way to access information.

06

Ongoing review

Accessibility is an ongoing process. The agency welcomes specific feedback and will make reasonable efforts to correct a website barrier or provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.

  • If possible, identify the page, the action you were trying to complete, your browser or device, and the format that would help.
  • Accessibility feedback does not affect eligibility, pricing, coverage, or service.
